What is a Preferred Vendor Program?

A Preferred Vendor Program is a contact between SERVPRO and the insurance company.

The Sizzler organization and SERVPRO developed a contract to provide mitigation and restoration services. When a contract is made between a company and SERVPRO there are certain benefits for both parties.

Sizzler receives priority responding during catastrophic events over other restaurants. They also negotiate better rates on services.

SERVPRO receives a guaranteed call when one of the buildings is damaged. The better rates for Sizzler are outweighed by being able to do guaranteed work at volume.

Having a Preferred Vendor Program with SERVPRO is a "win, win" situation for both parties involved.
